A little bit about me...
Kim is the Client Care Coordinator and the one making sure all details and moving parts are not overlooked and ensuring she stays on top of the fast-paced industry that real estate often can be. All the while making sure all clients are taken care of, she has been in real estate for nearly eight years now. Kim has an energetic and caring personality and takes extreme pride in her work. She knows how stressful buying and or selling can be and is always there to help and support clients and agents, she is a vital asset to any team or agent she works for. Before working in real estate, Kim worked in a variety of different roles at Costco Wholesale for 19 years and has lived throughout BC and Alberta.
Kim is a proud mom to a wonderful daughter named Morgan who’s attending the University of Victoria in the Business Program and she has an adorable cat named Willow. When Kim isn't in the office she can be found working out, paddle boarding, riding bikes with her dad or outside enjoying great friends on a patio. You are in excellent hands with Kim as she is extremely organized and she makes sure everything runs smoothly throughout the whole process managing your purchase and or sale - she ensures every detail is handled and nothing is missed.
