Wherever you're at, I'm glad you're here — and I figured it was about time I introduced myself properly.

I'm Cory Hunsche, a real estate advisor working across South Surrey, White Rock, and the broader Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver area. Here's a bit more about how I got here, what matters to me outside of real estate, and how I can help if you're ready to make a move.

How It All Started

Real estate wasn't my first career. Before I got my license, I was a personal trainer, helping people become healthier and stronger — and honestly, that work taught me a lot about what it means to guide someone through a big change with patience and a plan.

One of my training clients happened to be a Realtor. After a lot of encouragement, I took the leap and got licensed myself. We became great friends and still work together today.

Real estate had always interested me — the character of different neighbourhoods, the pace of new developments, and the simple fact that homeownership creates opportunity for people. Twelve years and 300+ transactions later, I still find that as compelling as I did on day one. Looking back, one conversation changed the entire course of my career, and I couldn't be more grateful it did.

There's nothing better than helping someone find their place in this community.

Life Outside of Real Estate

Real estate is a big part of my life, but it's not the only part. A few things that keep me grounded:

• Family - My wife Yana and our boys are the reason all of this matters. Whether it's a weekend on the dock or just time at home, family time is what the workdays are ultimately for.
• Fitness - My background as a personal trainer never really left me — staying active is still a non-negotiable part of my week.
• Personal Development - I read constantly — everything from negotiation and business strategy to habits and mindset. It's part of how I try to keep sharpening the way I work with clients.
• Exploring B.C. - Between the coastline, the lakes, and the mountains, this province gives you a lot of reasons to get outside. I try to take advantage of that as much as I can.

Where I Work

I serve South Surrey, White Rock, and the surrounding areas — including the broader Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver region. If you're picturing a move to Crescent Beach, Ocean Park, the White Rock waterfront, or anywhere in between, this is home turf for me.

None of that matters much on its own — what it actually means is that I've seen a lot of different deals, a lot of different markets, and a lot of different client situations, and I've learned how to guide people through all of them with a level head.
